Assurant is seeking a Sr Compliance Data & Reporting Analyst to build, administer, and analyze internal ethics metrics, promoting a culture of integrity across the organization. You will create and maintain PowerBI dashboards for the Ethics program, provide data-driven insights to leadership, and support investigations, training, and audits with automated reporting and AI tools.

Formación

• Minimum three years’ experience building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards, with automation focus.
• Experience in a large multinational, highly matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of KPIs for corporate compliance and ethics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and maintains PowerBI dashboards for Ethics program.
• Provides data analysis support to Ethics & Compliance investigations.
• Delivers regular reporting with scorecards for stakeholders.
• Escalates insights to AVP for review.
• Performs testing initiatives and maintains testing library.
• Supports automation and AI initiatives.
• Maintains Code of Business Ethics site and SharePoint; provides tech support.
• Champions speak‑up and culture of integrity.
