Assurant seeks a skilled BI/Analytics professional to standardize and automate reporting and analytical products, delivering actionable insights across the enterprise. The role supports revenue growth, cost optimization, and data-driven decision making by improving analytical maturity.

Responsibilities include leading BI projects, governance, data modeling, and collaboration with IT and business units to provide scalable dashboards and self-service analytics using PowerBI, Tableau, and SSRS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in visualization techniques and data storytelling with Descriptive analytics.
• Strong in PowerBI, Excel, SSRS and Tableau; working knowledge of SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reporting and analytics projects across BI environments and data models.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Data Services, IT, and business units to ensure quality and governance.
• Design and implement scalable dashboards and self-service reports.
• Mentor team members on testing, QA, and incident resolution.
• Communicate progress and issues to management and stakeholders.
• Provide rapid corrective response to incidents and ensure SLAs are met.
