Bechtel in Argentina seeks a Senior Civil Engineer (Field Manager) to oversee environmental permit processes for a San Juan project. You will ensure compliance with national and provincial regulations, translate requirements into design criteria, and align the permit route with project schedules.

The role bridges engineering and authorities, requires a degree in engineering, 10 years' experience in construction, and HV exposure; English/Spanish language skills are preferred.

Formación

• Electrical engineer degree and 10+ years of experience in substation and line construction.
• High voltage experience in mining projects (2+).
• Ability to read and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support construction engineering with technical guidance for craft and supervision.
• Assist craftsmen and project supervisors with issues identified on drawings.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents to support project managers and contractors.
• Coordinate the project quality program when responsible within construction engineering.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
