Job summary

BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team. You will connect business strategy with technology, driving transformation and shaping the firm’s operating model for a global professional services organization.

You will translate strategic goals into roadmaps, develop enterprise capability models, analyze processes to improve efficiency and client experience, and align requirements with technology investments.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Strategic Consulting, or a similar senior architecture role.
• Experience working within a global professional services organization, ideally in the legal sector.
• Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
• Experience with business capability modeling, business process management (BPM), and organizational design.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear architectural solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and cloud solutions, and their business impact.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation and architectural excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise business capability models, identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and growth.
• Analyze current and future business processes to improve efficiency, client experience, and cross-border collaboration.
• Align business requirements, business cases, and technology investments with the Firm’s strategic objectives and value drivers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating stakeholder alignment and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Innovation teams to evaluate emerging technologies and shape the Firm’s future operating model.
