Job summary

Coderio | Software Company is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent workflows and conversational agents at scale. You will bridge advanced AI development with enterprise operations on the Microsoft stack and Azure.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, developing custom agents, integrating with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake, and ensuring robust observability with Splunk in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or cloud engineering at enterprise scale.
• 4+ years Python development for backend services and data integrations.
• 2+ years designing and deploying solutions using Copilot Studio or Power Automate.
• Experience building agentic workflows or AI pipelines with LLMs.
• Azure cloud expertise; AWS is a plus.
• Snowflake integration experience.
• Proven observability background with Splunk.
• Bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build conversational AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with Snowflake and SharePoint.
• Architect scalable Azure cloud infra and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop monitoring and auditing using Splunk.
• Lead engineering practices with AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with global teams and guide tech direction.
