Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior AI Agent Engineer (#006fu00000bWsOCAA0-1) for remote work. You will design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Python-based frameworks.

You will build prompts, routing, and orchestration with grounding, citations, retrieval, context management, guardrails, and human-review patterns. You will integrate with enterprise tools and APIs, prototype rapidly, and validate with business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in Generative AI or agent-based applications.
• Strong hands-on Generative AI and cloud/enterprise tool experience.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong Python development skills and REST API integration.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent grounding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Python-based frameworks, and other approved technologies.
• Develop prompts, instructions, tool definitions, routing, and orchestration workflows while implementing grounding, citations, retrieval, context management, guardrails, and human-review patterns.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools and APIs, build rapid prototypes, and validate solutions with business users.
• Create automated evaluations and continuously optimize agent quality, latency, reliability, observability, and cost while supporting production monitoring and troubleshooting.
