Ring Inc is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager based in Capitán Bermúdez, Argentina. In this strategic role, you will own the execution of complex digital products and lead distributed cross-functional teams. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in software engineering and a proven track record managing high-pressure delivery cycles. This position offers full remote work, long-term engagement, and the chance to influence both technical and business strategies within a collaborative international team.

Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering with a proven record of scalable systems.
• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager.
• Deep, hands-on experience with at least one core stack: Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience in Cloud-native and Microservices architecture.
• Experience managing senior-level stakeholders.
• Fluent English is mandatory for international client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end execution of complex digital products.
• Maintain hands-on depth to challenge technical proposals.
• Manage Software Development Life Cycle across multiple accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of engineers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
