Job summary

Worley is seeking a Location Manager of Engineering to support business development activities by maintaining profiles, tracking capabilities, and addressing future customer capability requirements. The role involves encouraging positive relations with customers, suppliers, and contractors and contributing to cost savings and staffing decisions.

The incumbent will help develop engineering execution strategies, review costs, and participate in proposal content and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist business development by maintaining personal profiles and resumes, tracking capabilities, and addressing future customer capability requirements.
• Support pricing records reflecting effort to complete discipline activities and participate in budget management.
• Develop engineering execution strategies, review costs, write proposal content, and present to customers.
• Lead parts or all of proposals and participate in project execution planning.
• Mentor and train the engineering team and manage staffing levels and organizational structure.
• Ensure engineering work complies with Worley’s governance, health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
