Formación

• 7+ years programming experience, ideally on a modern stack.
• 5+ years of software engineering management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver work with dependencies across multiple teams.
• Experience building/operating services in an AWS/cloud environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a high-performing software engineering team.
• Lead the development & delivery of software products.
• Partner with Product Manager on product vision and roadmaps.
• Encourage team processes that optimize product flow.
