Job summary

Fluor is seeking an Electrical Engineer with HV expertise for Argentina. The role focuses on construction engineering support, quality management, and coordination with design teams on mining projects.

You will work closely with project supervision to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a degree in electrical engineering and extensive HV experience, with fluency in English/Spanish and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineer degree and ten (10) years of work-related experience in substation and Line construction.
• Proven High Voltage experience in at least 2 mining projects.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work style.

Responsibilities

• Assist craftsmen and foremen with construction-related issues identified on drawings.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents for construction managers and contractors.
• Maintain effective communication between the company and the design engineer for timely information flow.
• Coordinate the project quality program when responsible for quality functions within construction engineering.
• Other duties as assigned.
