Bechtel Argentina is seeking an Environmental Permits Manager to obtain, maintain and monitor environmental and sectoral permits enabling project execution in Argentina. You will ensure engineering design, planning and field activities comply with national and provincial regulations and client environmental standards.

You will bridge engineering and regulatory authorities, translate legal requirements into verifiable design criteria, anticipate restrictions affecting layout and construction

Competenze

• Electrical engineer degree with 10 years in substation and line construction.
• HV high voltage experience in mining projects.
• Knowledge of local, state/province, and national statutes and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with time-conscious work habits.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to craft and supervision and ensure quality requirements on the project.
• Assist craftsmen, foremen, and project supervision with construction-related issues from drawings.
• Explain design documents for construction managers and provide expertise for problem solving.
• Coordinate the project quality program and report status to management.
• Establish effective communication between the company and the design engineer to ensure timely flow of design information.
