Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks a Senior Editor/Designer with strong AI-generated content experience to craft high‑performing paid social and digital creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, and Google. The role blends video editing, motion design, static design, and hands-on AI content, including synthetic talent decisions and AI workflow development.

The candidate will lead AI-driven production, maintain brand consistency, and work across client assets, UGC, and AI-generated content.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or performance creative.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience producing AI-generated visuals for real client work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and short-form video.
• Excellent file organization and asset management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated creative.

Responsabilidades

• Generate AI visuals and direct across image/video generation models.
• Build AI-assisted UGC and spokesperson content; evaluate synthetic talent use.
• Maintain brand consistency across AI-generated campaigns.
• Edit performance creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, Google.
• Execute post-production: cutting, pacing, sound design, captions, exports.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, end cards.
• Transform concepts into dynamic animated executions.
• Develop repeatable AI workflows and templates.
