Hustler Marketing Llc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. The role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Competenze
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
