Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to guide the design and delivery of enterprise-scale business applications in the insurance space. You will combine hands-on development with solution architecture and team leadership to craft integrated solutions with clients’ ERP, intranet, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience delivering integrations via Microsoft Azure.
• Experience leading technical teams while contributing hands-on.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, lifecycle management, security and deployment.
• Ability to convert complex requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Refine requirements and translate business needs into technical stories.
• Design and build applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Lead form development using PCF controls.
• Provide hands-on development with React/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Architect integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems via Azure.
• Establish standards, ensure quality, security and performance.
• Review designs and code, resolve issues, guide the engineering team.
• Support sprint planning, estimation and dependency management.
• Onboard and ramp-up new team members.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and stakeholders.
• Lead initial refinement and backlog preparation.
• Maintain strong technical foundation while delivering momentum.
