OZ is seeking a Digital Architect - Web, Mobile & User Experience with 15+ years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of large-scale digital products. This role blends deep technical architecture with a strong UX sensibility to ensure scalable, secure, and delightful experiences across web and mobile.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define technical strategy, establish standards, and mentor development teams.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in software architecture for web and mobile.
• End-to-end architecture of large-scale, high-traffic web and mobile apps.
• Bridge architectural design with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
• Hands-on with modern front-end frameworks like React/Angular/Vue and mobile approaches.
• Back-end APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Knowledge of responsive design, WCAG accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end architecture for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to support intuitive user experiences.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.

• Conduct architecture reviews, performance audits, and risk assessments.

• Stay current with trends in web, mobile, and UX technologies.
