Parallel is seeking a Senior Designer to bridge end-to-end product UX/UI with strong brand storytelling and scalable design systems. You will own the design process from concept to execution, shaping user-facing features that drive growth.

You’ll lead end-to-end design for core product features, collaborating with product, engineering, and founders to prototype and iterate from 0-to-1 concepts to polished releases.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) and brand/visual design.
• Experience in early-stage startups or top-tier tech agencies.
• Portfolio showing layout, typography, design systems, and data-driven user flows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design for core product features, translating complex user needs into simple, elegant UI solutions.
• Define and expand our brand identity across digital product touchpoints, marketing channels, and design systems.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and founders to rapidly prototype and iterate from 0-to-1 concepts to polished production releases.
• Establish design standards, component libraries, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across web and mobile.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) and brand/visual design, ideally in early-stage startups or top-tier tech agencies.
• Mastery of industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, interactive prototyping tools).
• Demonstrated track record of taking complex products from initial concept (0) to scale (1).
• Portfolio showcasing deep knowledge of layout, typography, design systems, and data-driven user flows.
