Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate cloud infrastructure for a high-scale cybersecurity platform. You will own CI/CD, IaC, and observability, partnering with engineering, security, and IT teams.

You will work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, and automation tools to deliver scalable, secure deployments across distributed environments. This is a 100% remote, contractor role in LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS production experience.
• Kubernetes/EKS experience in production.
• Terraform IaC expertise.
• Docker/container experience.
• Linux administration and networking skills.
• Ansible experience.
• Python and Bash scripting.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI.
• Security practices in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and maintainIaC with Terraform for reliable environments.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads (EKS) and containerized apps.
• Create and evolve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Improve observability using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Automate incident response, root-cause analyses, and cost optimization.
