Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms for a cybersecurity product. You’ll work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD tooling to ship software faster with reliability.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, QA, security, and IT, owning production availability, IaC, and cloud cost optimization while advancing observability and platform resilience in a fully remote LATAM setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years hands-on experience architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Strong proficiency in test-driven deployment methodologies and automated testing.
• Expertise with Docker and containerization technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of CMake build systems and native builds.
• Advanced Linux system administration and networking skills.
• Experience with Terraform and IaC tools.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in global teams.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK or CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Improve deployment processes and release reliability.
• Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch; central logging.
• Collaborate with security teams to strengthen infrastructure security.
• Automate operations with Python and Bash.
• Contribute to platform engineering and developer productivity.
