Job summary

Tether seeks a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to architect and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. You will automate builds, tagging, and publication while applying IaC practices for scalable, secure deployments.

Key focus areas include GitHub Actions, test‑driven deployment, Docker containerization, CMake builds, and robust release management in a globally distributed, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions at scale in production.
• Strong proficiency in test-driven deployment methodologies with automated test suites for integration and end-to-end validation.
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker, including image creation and registry management.
• In-depth knowledge of CMake and C/C++ build systems, optimizing native build and deployment pipelines.
• Advanced Linux system administration and networking skills, including shell scripting and security practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD automation for iOS and Android applications.
• Advanced knowledge of release management practices, including automated versioning, signing, and artifact distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and management of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tools.
• Implement test‑driven deployment systems with automated testing, validation, and monitoring.
• Containerize applications and microservices with Docker and manage deployment pipelines for distributed environments.
• Develop cross‑platform build pipelines using CMake to ensure consistent compilation and release workflows.
• Automate end‑to‑end release processes for mobile, web, and desktop apps.
• Define and manage IaC to provision reliable, scalable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve release reliability.
• Improve observability and monitoring to maintain operational excellence.
