AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, focusing on automation, tooling, and incident management. You will work with observability tools and incident response processes to keep services reliable and scalable.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in production Kubernetes, strong Linux skills, experience with Azure or AWS, and good English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with public cloud providers (Azure or AWS).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts and up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents end-to-end including root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
