Qualifications

Providing strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business transformations.
Advising clients on complex accounting advisory matters and capital markets topics to maximize value in transactions.
Navigating complex transactions and delivering insights on financial structuring and reporting.
Collaborating with clients to develop solutions for capital market engagements and financial modeling.
Mentoring junior team members to enhance their understanding of business context and technical skills.
