• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• CPA license in progress or current.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues across deals, mergers, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Advise clients on technical accounting treatment and capital markets transactions.
• Coordinate deliverables across deal workstreams and mentor juniors.
• Translate complex concepts into clear accounting recommendations for financial reporting.
• Support information security and data protection considerations.
