You will advise clients on complex accounting matters, capital markets topics, and deal structures while mentoring junior colleagues.

You will collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, building client relationships and delivering high‑quality, timely insights in a dynamic market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in deals/capital markets or related advisory.
• CPA license or in pursuit is required, with strong English skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting for mergers, acquisitions, and transformations.
• Advise clients on complex accounting advisory matters and capital markets topics.
• Navigate transactions and deliver insights on financial structuring and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and develop client relationships to support transaction work.
• Apply GAAP and IFRS knowledge to advise on financial reporting and regulatory guidelines.
