AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive rigorous statistical execution, multi-goal tuning, and algorithmic validation of Meridian MMM frameworks, translating noisy marketing signals and low-resolution data matrices into trusted, multi-objective spend recommendations.

You will formulate heuristic baseline models and ingest structured data from upstream pipelines for client-isolated experimentation, applying Python with advanced SQL against AWS Athena and PostgreSQL environments.

Formación

• 5–7 years of data science experience focusing on time-series or attribution modeling.
• Experience applying Meridian MMM framework on real-world datasets.
• Strong Python backend with type systems and schemas.
• Comfort in Mac/Linux terminal using Bash and text tools.
• Proficient in extracting data from AWS Athena and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to defend methods and avoid shortcuts with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Expand framework configurations to handle multi-layer client objectives.
• Formulate heuristic models and backup strategies for high-variance data.
• Ingest structured fields from upstream pipelines for experimentation.
• Use AI-assisted IDEs to accelerate data transformations and validation.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams via Slack and Meet.
