Job summary

Coderio is seeking a Senior Data Scientist Lead to join an international client and drive the design, development, and delivery of data science solutions that create measurable business value.

This role combines hands-on modeling with technical leadership, mentoring data professionals, and guiding decisions across business and engineering stakeholders. You will work across the full DS lifecycle, deploying production-grade models on AWS and iterating for performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Science, ML, or analytics with leadership exposure.
• Strong modeling, predictive analytics, experimentation, and data-driven problem solving.
• Advanced Python with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn or similar.
• Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation, feature engineering.
• Hands-on AWS experience for data science/ML in cloud environments.
• Strong SQL skills and working with large datasets and data warehouses.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive projects to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data science initiatives across projects.
