Job summary

Iv.Ai is seeking an experienced Data Management Lead to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects. You will ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget, while guiding the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to provide high quality data management products that meet customer needs.

You will provide leadership in project planning, execution, and close-out, including financial management and milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data management projects in CDM.
• Strong client management and project leadership skills.
• Familiarity with GCPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for data management deliverables.
• Lead and oversee multi-study programs across global teams.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and financials with stakeholders.
• Escalate and resolve data issues with clients and vendors.
• Ensure data management plans are reviewed and signed off.
• Promote continuous process improvement and quality management.
