Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors for a cybersecurity platform. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines, work with identity providers, cloud platforms, SIEMs, and network tools, and collaborate closely with customers to define data architectures.

You will build backend services in Python/Go, deploy on Docker/Kubernetes, and manage data across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/data/platform engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python/Go and REST API design/consumption experience.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SIEMs, and networks.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, and API constraints.
• Participate in onboarding, architecture design, and production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for security events and logs.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, event-driven patterns, and CI/CD.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go.
• Operate Dockerized services on Kubernetes and deploy across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments across apps, infra, network, API, and data layers.
• Proactively identify reusable connectors and contribute to product roadmap.
