Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion and Integrations to join a cybersecurity-focused identity platform. You will engage with enterprise customers, design scalable ingestion pipelines, and build robust connectors across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will work with Python/Go, REST APIs, and containerized services (Docker/Kubernetes) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions in a remote LATAM setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software or data engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Go development skills.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate requirements.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SIEM systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints.
• Participate in onboarding processes from discovery to production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for security events, logs, and telemetry.
• Build integrations using REST APIs and cloud-native services.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go; use SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Deploy and operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy across AWS, Azure, and GCP; troubleshoot cross-layer issues.
