Job summary

Darwoft, an Argentina-based software partner, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, connectors, and ingestion pipelines for a cybersecurity platform. You will act as a technical bridge between enterprise customers and engineering, designing scalable ingestion mechanisms that handle security events, logs, and identity data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software/data/platform engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Go development experience.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and connector frameworks.
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE solutions, network infrastructure, endpoints, applications, security platforms, and SIEM systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, security requirements, and integration constraints.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for processing security events, logs, identity activity, and network telemetry.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, and modern software engineering practices.
