Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors for a remote LATAM project in Identity Security / Cybersecurity.

You will design scalable ingestion pipelines using Python and Go, build connectors across cloud platforms, containers, and enterprise data sources, and work directly with customers to ensure reliable, secure data flows and timely production deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/data engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Go capabilities.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and cloud services.
• Solid SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, and SIEM systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments and constraints.
• Deploy and operate scalable ingestion architectures ensuring reliability and security.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services in Python and Go.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to run containerized services.
• Support deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
