Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable data ingestion pipelines for an Identity Security platform. You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand data sources, security requirements, and integration constraints, then implement robust connectors using Python and Go in a cloud-first environment.

The role is fully remote across LATAM with deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP, containerized services via Docker and Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines or integration platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE, SIEM.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints.
• Onboard deployments from discovery to production.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for storage and analysis.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues across layers.
• Optimize ingestion performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify recurring customer requirements and build reusable connectors and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to product roadmap with real-world insights.
• Support production adoption and time-to-value for customers.
• Participate in occasional customer sessions and onsite engagements.
