Job summary

Aesa (A-Evangelista Sa) is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to own end-to-end data pipelines, from ad platforms through Adverity into BigQuery, with dbt/Dataform transformations and Looker Studio dashboards.

You will collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to scale reporting for education and nonprofit clients, ensure data quality, and implement CI/CD, data segregation, and reliable CRM integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in marketing/agency contexts.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL tools.
• Strong SQL and BigQuery experience with transformation, partitioning, and modeling.
• Proficiency with dbt or Dataform for modular SQL pipelines.
• Python for API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from ad platforms into Adverity and beyond.
• Own CRM integration and ensure clean lead/enrollment data in warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas and cost management.
• Own transformation pipelines with dbt/Dataform and standardized naming.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets reports.
