Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead data ingestion, connectors, and ingestion services for an Identity Security platform. You will collaborate with customers to design scalable data pipelines and integrate data from complex enterprise environments, using Python/Go, REST, and cloud services.

This remote, LATAM-focused role emphasizes hands-on implementation, architecture design, and customer-facing technical guidance across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL DB skills.
• Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Customer-facing communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SIEMs, and endpoints.
• Work with customers to understand environments and data flows.
• Participate in onboarding processes from discovery to deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go.
• Operate Docker and Kubernetes-based services.
• Deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues across layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Act as technical advisor on data architecture and security integrations.
• Identify recurring requirements and create reusable connectors.
• Contribute insights to product roadmap.
• Support production adoption and time-to-value.
• Occasional customer-facing sessions and onsite engagements.
