Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead data ingestion and connectors for a next‑gen Identity Security platform. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design scalable ingestion pipelines using Python and Go, deployed on Docker/Kubernetes across AWS/Azure/GCP.

In this remote LATAM role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable integrations, manage security data, and improve time‑to‑value for customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or data engineering experience.
• We expect strong Python and Go development.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with customers and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources across identity, cloud, and security platforms.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and integration constraints.
• Participate in onboarding, architecture design, and production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume security events, logs, and identity data.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services in Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases; manage data storage and querying.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues across layers.
• Optimize ingestion performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as technical advisor.
• Translate customer requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
