Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion, Integrations, and Collectors to connect enterprise environments to a cybersecurity platform. You will design scalable ingestion solutions, work with Python/Go, and collaborate with customers to meet security requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software/data engineering or related fields.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs in production.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE, network infrastructure, endpoints, applications, SIEM systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand environments, data flows, security requirements, and integration constraints.
• Participate in technical onboarding from discovery to deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data sources like security events and logs.
• Build integrations using REST, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, and modern software practices.
• Develop backend services primarily using Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases; store, transform, and query data.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes; deploy across AWS/Azure/GCP.
