Darwoft seeks a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and connectors to join a cybersecurity-focused product team. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines, work with enterprise data sources, and collaborate with customers to translate requirements into reliable data solutions.

You will combine data and software engineering, solution architecture, and cloud infrastructure to deliver secure, scalable connectors and production-grade pipelines across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software, data, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with Python and Go.
• Designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Building data ingestion pipelines or integration platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• CI/CD workflows and Git-based development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SIEMs, and security tools.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints.
• Participate in onboarding, discovery, and deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data like security events and logs.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop backend services primarily in Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments and optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as technical advisor.
