Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design scalable ingestion architectures, connectors, and pipelines across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

You will develop in Python/Go, manage SQL/NoSQL storage, and ensure data quality, security, and efficient Looker/BI outputs. This remote LATAM role values strong communication and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong software development with Python and Go.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Ability to work with customers and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion services and connectors.
• Integrate enterprise data sources and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments and constraints.
• Develop scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data.
• Implement REST APIs and event-driven data pipelines.
• Work with Python/Go and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Operate Docker/Kubernetes-based services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide data security and multi-client data segregation.
