Monks is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and evolve scalable data solutions for digital marketing and advertising. You will work with Analytics and Solutions Engineering to cover end-to-end data engineering from discovery to deployment, supporting reporting, measurement, and analytics use cases.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience with analytics and marketing analytics for business applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, plus cloud products.
• Experience building data pipelines using common ETL/ELT tools and data architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DataOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain dbt models that integrate marketing and advertising data across DSPs and third-party platforms.
• Develop and maintain cross‑platform metric allocation logic for monthly reporting and attribution.
• Build ingestion pipelines from diverse external sources, including cloud transfers and vendor APIs.
• Own and evolve GCP infrastructure using Terraform and collaborate with platform teams.
• Lead migration of legacy ingestion patterns to scalable Dataflow/Cloud Run solutions.
• Configure observability and alerting across the stack using Cloud Monitoring and Terraform.
• Manage release lifecycles across QA/STG/PROD with GitHub Actions.
• Produce technical documentation and runbooks; assist client-facing release communications.
• Collaborate with analytics and client-facing teams to translate requirements into reliable data products.
