Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors to bridge enterprise customers and the engineering organization. You will design scalable ingest pipelines, implement connectors, and work directly with customers to understand data sources, security requirements, and workflows.

You will use Python and Go, build on AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes, and contribute to product roadmap with real-world feedback.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, or related experience.
• Strong software development with Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines, connectors, or integration platforms.
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• High autonomy and ownership when solving problems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE solutions, network infrastructure, endpoints, applications, security platforms, and SIEMs.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, security requirements, and integration constraints.
• Onboard customers from discovery through production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for security events, logs, identity activity, and network telemetry.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, event-driven architectures, and modern software practices.
• Develop backend services in Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for high-volume data.
• Build and operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments across app, infra, networking, API, and data layers.
• Optimize ingestion performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales Eng, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Advise customers on data architecture, collection strategies, security integrations, and best practices.
• Transform recurring requirements into reusable connectors or platform capabilities.
• Contribute insights to the product roadmap.
• Support production adoption and improve time-to-value.
• Participate in occasional customer-facing sessions and onsite engagements when needed.
