Muttdata is a remote-first startup delivering data platforms and ML solutions for a major banking project. We are looking for a Data Enabler to design and evolve large-scale data platforms with a focus on ingestion, transformation, storage, and governance.

As a trusted liaison, you translate business needs into technical specs, drive architecture reviews, and push for robust testing, observability, and CI/CD. Join us to shape innovative data solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years in PM/functional analyst on data or technology projects, preferably banking or regulated sectors.
• Able to translate ambiguous business asks into clear functional specs for engineering.
• Experience facilitating design reviews and architecture discussions with independent judgment.
• Knowledge of data governance, testing, and CI/CD practices from oversight perspective.
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering and executive levels.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain data architecture guidelines for ingestion, transformation, storage, consumption and governance.
• Provide independent judgment in design reviews across the client's data ecosystem.
• Deliberately manage technical debt and uphold data testing and observability standards.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate decisions to executives.
• Identify opportunities to evolve service scope into technical-commercial proposals.
