Job summary

dLocal is seeking a strategic Data Analyst Lead to drive product-focused analytics across payment flows, designing scalable optimization to maximize conversion and product success. • Experience manipulating large data sets in SQL or equivalent, translating data into insights.
• 2+ years in product and payments analytics with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience defining metrics and creating dashboards to track health and impact.
• Strong SQL; Python or R for advanced analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders in English.
• Degree in a quantitative field.
