J.P. Morgan in Buenos Aires seeks an entry‑level Infrastructure Analyst to support data and systems at scale, focusing on monitoring and improvements across platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and optimize capacity processes.

The role requires comfort with English, foundational scripting, and basic cloud concepts, plus a keen interest in modern technologies and industry trends. Training and mentorship are provided in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Baseline knowledge of hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling and resilience performance assessments
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of MS Office package, including proficiency with Excel and Copilot;
• Knowledge of Agentic AI tools
• Ability to articulate technical and non-technical information and understand when to elevate issues
• Basic knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and basic programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure
• Interest about modern technologies and familiarity with industry-wide technology trends and best practices

Responsabilidades

• Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope, with a focus on improving the data and systems running at scale, and ensure end to end monitoring of applications
• Drive the daily activities supporting the standard capacity process applications
• Consider upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications
• Take detailed directions from team leaders to analyze data and systems and conduct problem solving
• Tackle routine technical tasks and issues such as collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data in test and production
