You will shape engineering governance around AI practices and contribute as a technical expert across teams. The role emphasizes cloud-native development, independent problem solving, and advancing enterprise AI adoption with measurable security and performance

Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 7+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing and operations, including AI agents and LLM-based solutions.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience leading use of enterprise-approved AI development tools and setting team expectations for validating AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, secure handling, resiliency and security.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Practical cloud-native experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products, including Agentic AI solutions and LLM-based applications.
• Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Drive governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operations.
• Apply SDLC tooling knowledge to improve value of automation at scale.
• Influence product design, functionality, and operations decisions.
• Act as subject matter expert across focus areas and contribute to engineering community.
