Job summary

Jeeves is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to own the data foundation for external data integration across credit, banking, and open finance. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of analytics experience in credit risk or related industries.
• Advanced SQL: write queries against large datasets and validate data quality.
• Python for analysis and modeling (regression, segmentation, clustering).
• Experience with version control (GitHub) is a plus.
• Independent, ownership mindset with external data exposure (bureau/open finance).
• Experience using AI tools in analytical work and curiosity to expand usage.
• Track record of turning analysis into policy or strategy with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and validation of external data sources with engineering collaboration.
• Clean up customer data consents and connections for reliable data pulls.
• Replace manual credit processes with repeatable SQL/Python workflows.
• Define data quality checks and documentation for trustable insights.
• Develop and refine underwriting criteria and credit limit strategies.
• Design customer management strategies and early warning signals.
• Define portfolio KPIs and dashboards to monitor health and performance.
• Build and monitor risk models and support automated credit decisioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align with credit policy.
• Use AI tools to support analysis and improve AI workflows where applicable.
