We offer an informal team and a high impact culture

Our senior consultant will join our rapidly growing Total Rewards business in the Nordics and our practice in Europe, working in our Executive Pay and Governance projects.

The role sits within a well-established executive remuneration practice that currently advises the remuneration committees of many leading Nordic and European listed companies as well as a significant number of private companies, whether smaller scale-up companies or large established multinationals. Our European practice comprises around 40 executive compensation specialists drawn from a variety of disciplines (e.g. accountancy, actuarial and investor relations).

Located in the heart of Copenhagen, we’re a diverse group of highly motivated, multicultural consultants working within a number of related disciplines: from reward and people advisory to search. We work together within a learning culture where collaboration is the key to success, excellence is rewarded, and diversity in all forms is respected and valued. What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the partner to deliver high-impact advice and solutions
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and research within the different aspects of reward, people and performance to ensure that our advice is informed by facts and data
  • Prepare benchmarks and shape client reports in a cooperative and iterative process with the engagement manager and leading partner
  • Apply your curiosity and enthusiasm to quickly learn new skills and build your experience all-the-while developing your expertise within reward & performance, your consulting toolbox, and your client management skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, handle shifting priorities, and contribute to a positive, high-energy culture

We work with business-driven projects from a strategic perspective, and you should be interested in building and unfolding your skillset :

  • Reward solutions and the link to motivation
  • Performance Management processes and best practice
  • The people aspects of M&A such as due diligence, pre-integration planning and project management
  • Career Frameworks and organization design

What we’re looking for:

  • Ambitious minds — from early career starters to experienced profiles
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably from consulting or in a numbers-driven environment
  • A relevant Master’s degree within economics, finance or business with a financial focus (i.e. Cand.merc. ASC/ AEF/ FIR/ IMM/ SOL/ INT etc.) and have graduated with top of the class grades - particularly within any math, statistics or similar courses
  • [Ideally] some understanding of financial statements and corporate finance, and disclosure requirements for publicly listed companies
  • [Ideally] some ability to read, interpret, and analyze a remuneration report.
  • Remarkable analytical skills that you can bring across in a pragmatic and business-oriented way
  • A strong ownership mentality, the ability to deliver quality outcomes, and the will to make a difference and to be personally flexible to meet our clients’ expectations
  • Robust proficiency working with Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Proven fast learner and a wish to further develop yourself while working on client assignments
  • Fluent in both Danish & English
