Sourceability is seeking a Principal Computer Vision Scientist to lead advanced CV/AI/ML work in GEO. You will set research direction, design architectures, run experiments, and drive production‑ready solutions across image processing, visual search, and model evaluation.

The role requires a PhD with 7+ years in ML/DL for CV, deep experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, and a track record of deploying models in production environments.

Formación

• PhD in a related technical field and 7+ years hands-on ML/DL with strong CV focus.
• Strong experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow and Python development.
• Deep knowledge of CV algorithms, model evaluation, and production readiness.
• Experience deploying ML models with REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Ability to read English technical docs and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Proven ownership mindset and ability to work across distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research, design, and implementation of Computer Vision and AI/ML solutions.
• Define model architecture, experimental strategy, validation, and production criteria.
• Train, fine‑tune, evaluate, optimize, and deploy CV/ML models (detection, segmentation, classification).
• Own the full model lifecycle: data quality, labeling, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Build prototypes and proofs‑of‑concepts to validate ideas before full product implementation.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production applications.
• Establish standards for model evaluation, versioning, data management, and MLOps.
