This role involves responding to security alerts, applying necessary fixes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive Azure experience and a proactive approach to security management. Full-time remote work from Argentina is available.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with core Azure services and automation using CLI, PowerShell, or IaC.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure networking components like Virtual Networks and VPNs.
• Experience remediating security issues flagged by Defender for Cloud.

Job Title: Senior Cloud Security Engineer

The Concentrix Technical Products and Services team integrates world-class digital engineering, creativity, and human behavior insights to unlock value through tech-powered experiences. As a Cloud Security & Infrastructure Engineer, you will strengthen our Azure environment by monitoring and remediating security alerts, applying fixes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage secure Azure cloud infrastructure, including Virtual Networks, and respond to security alerts from Defender for Cloud, ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Investigate and apply security fixes on Linux systems, Azure App Services, VMs, PaaS databases, and core networking components.
• Implement and maintain security controls, including NSGs, Azure Firewall, DDoS Protection, and Web Application Firewalls.
• Create, secure, and manage Azure Virtual Networks, Subnets, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and Virtual WAN, ensuring scalability and hybrid connectivity.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to strengthen identity management, encryption, monitoring, and vulnerability assessment practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintaining secure and auditable infrastructure operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong Azure background: Hands-on experience with core Azure services and automation using CLI, PowerShell, or IaC.
• Azure networking expertise: In-depth knowledge of Virtual Networks, Subnets, VPNs, ExpressRoute, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, and WAF.
• Security-focused mindset: Experience remediating issues flagged by Defender for Cloud and applying best practices in identity, encryption, and compliance.
• Independent and proactive: Self-starter able to prioritize, take ownership, and drive security improvements end-to-end.
• Collaborative communicator: Strong teamwork and communication skills to partner with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Certifications, such as Azure administrator associate, Redhat Certified system administrator, or Linux Professional Institute certification.
• Experience working with security governance tools.
