AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated environment. 5+ years of Cloud/DevOps/SRE experience, strong AWS/EKS, Argo Workflows, Terraform, and Python scripting are required. English communication and on-call readiness are essential.

The role emphasizes ownership of cloud reliability, incident response, and cross-team collaboration within LatAm hours, with flexible remote/onsite options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Strong hands-on AWS production experience.
• Advanced Kubernetes/Amazon EKS expertise and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on Argo Workflows administration/querying experience.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Git workflows.
• Experience building and securing CI/CD pipelines and releases.
• Monitoring, logging and incident routing with modern tools.
• Root cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• Proficient Python/Shell scripting for automation.
• Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical ownership for LatAm coverage window.
• Operate and improve AWS infra including EKS, S3 and API services.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows.
• Define standards for IaC, CI/CD, and release processes.
• Lead observability improvements across infra and data workloads.
• Mentor engineers and support incident response.
