AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

Provide ownership for AWS/EKS workloads, Argo Workflows, and CI/CD pipelines, while leading incident responses and improving observability. Strong English communication is essential for collaboration across LatAm and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS infrastructure in production.
• Advanced Kubernetes/AWS EKS experience with workloads & observability.
• Administering and troubleshooting Argo Workflows or similar.
• Strong Terraform and IaC practices with source control.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and incident response tools.
• Ability to lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in Python, Shell, Bash, or similar scripting.
• Strong English communication with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical ownership for Cloud/DevOps during LatAm hours.
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure, including EKS and related services.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows end-to-end.
• Define and improve IaC, configuration management, and CI/CD standards.
• Improve observability and runbooks across infra and data workloads.
• Enhance alert routing and incident escalation processes.
• Lead major incident responses and post-incident reviews.
• Design reliability improvements and automated remediation.
• Track service metrics like availability and deployment outcomes.
• Maintain security, access controls, and audit-ready practices.
