Job summary
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and enhance the cloud infrastructure behind a regulated enterprise data platform. You will own day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead L2/L3 escalations within the LatAm coverage window.
You will manage AWS EKS, S3, Lambda, and related services, administer Argo Workflows, and advance IaC, CI/CD, and observability. Strong English communication and collaboration across Data, Security, and Analytics teams are
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or SRE
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Argo Workflows or similar
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Git-based delivery
- CI/CD pipelines and production release processes
- Monitoring/logging/incident tools (Datadog, Cloudwatch, Dynatrace)
- Strong English communication with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical ownership for Cloud/DevOps service tower
- Operate and improve AWS infrastructure including EKS, S3, Lambda
- Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows
- Define and improve IaC standards and CI/CD processes
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis and preventive actions
- Develop runbooks and documentation
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with Data/Security teams
